Sales and Payments
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders must be paid in full upon receiving the invoice.
Customer-Supplied Garments
Endless Embroidery is not liable for any part of an order where the client provides the garments. This includes both the garment and the embroidery. We do not offer warranties on garments we do not supply.
Stock and Availability
Endless Embroidery is not accountable for items that are out of stock. Although we monitor items with potential stock issues, all garments are ordered post-order placement, and availability cannot be guaranteed. We will propose alternatives for out-of-stock items and await your approval before proceeding with production.
Design Placement and Errors
Accurate placement measurements from the collar on each shirt are not feasible due to manual loading onto the machines. A 1" margin of error in any direction is standard. Designs off by 1" or less will not be considered misprints, and Endless Embroidery will not provide reprints or refunds for these garments.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations post-order placement are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus additional costs for services already provided. No cancellations will be accepted once production or garment manipulation (tag removal, embroidered tags, embroidery, hem tagging, etc.) has started.
Manufacturer Defects
Endless Embroidery is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as colour inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, or garment defects like holes and ripped seams. We inspect garments as they are embroidered, but cannot guarantee perfection. It is inevitable that occasional mistakes will reach the customer.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for inspecting garments upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours. Endless Embroidery is not responsible for errors reported after this period.
Quality Assurance
Endless Embroidery will not be liable for any lost income, customers, accounts, or contracts if defective garments are sent to your end customer. We conduct quality checks, but the final inspection is your responsibility. We correct our mistakes with financial replacements and will only redo jobs meeting our minimum order of 25 pieces. If a single garment is defective post-completion, we refund the cost of the garment and embroidery but do not redo individual items. Claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery or pickup.
Order Adjustments and Returns
Adjustments and returns are accepted only with prior written approval from Endless Embroidery. No cancellations are allowed if the order is in progress. Costs incurred before cancellation acceptance will be invoiced. Order changes post-mockup approval typically incur additional costs.
Product Variations
Exact matches for shade, colour, size, texture, and quality of finished goods cannot be guaranteed as these vary by batch. We strive to match colours as closely as possible.
Intellectual Property
Customers are fully responsible for their artwork and must ensure they have the rights to use the marks, symbols, or designs. Endless Embroidery relies on the customer's assurance of authorization and is held harmless, with the customer indemnifying Endless Embroidery against all claims from embroidery, or other embellishments.
Shipping and Liability
Title to goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the customer or freight carrier at the shipping point. Endless Embroidery is not responsible for delays, lost goods, or damage by the freight carrier but will assist in tracking. Shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed. For strict deadlines, please confirm with your sales representative at the start of the order process.
Production Delays
If Endless Embroidery is unable to fulfill an order due to uncontrollable circumstances, we will not be liable for any inability to supply during such periods, including special or consequential damages.
Liability Limitation
Endless Embroidery's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for goods or services.
